Ann presents a collection of works depicting the change of the landscape in the past three years.
Ann’s work plays on the edge or experiment and recognition. Visual memories from when she was growing up in Narooma have been reignited since her return. Memories of old tracks to the beach, the bush and playgrounds of her youth are explored anew.
Ann draws from memory, both literally and metaphorically, hoping to invoke an emotional response in the viewer. These sophisticated images fluctuate between a haziness of memory to the sharp detail of the present.
